Shipping policy

 

Unreal Fendi offers free shipping within South Africa on all purchases in excess of R1,500. 

Orders less than R1,500 will incur an additional shipping cost to the customer. This cost will be determined at time of check out (if ordering online) or through a formal quotation (if ordering directly with our workshop). Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

Please note that orders shipped outside of South Africa will incur shipping costs regardless of the value of the order. These costs will be determined at the time of quotation. Please note that these costs are subject to change at the discretion of the courier company. Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and not Unreal Fendi. Please note that import duties and fees are non-refundable. 

As much as possible we aim to process your order within 24 hours and dispatch the goods within a week. However, the nature of many of our products is such that we often have to wait on suppliers and so we ask for your patience in this regard. We will communicate the delivery times as accurately as possible. 

We use local courier companies within South Africa (namely the Courier Guy) and DHL for most of our international deliveries. 

Handling delays and interruptions: we do our best to provide our customers with fast and efficient service. However, sometimes delays happen. In these cases we will remain in close communication with our customer and do all we can to get the goods to you.
